You are invited to our private oasis waterfront home in Apollo Beach. There is plenty to enjoy in our backyard, from the outdoor living space to the dining area, sun loungers, games, and the amazing heated pool overlooking the canal, where you can watch dolphins and sunsets.

In the house, you will find a large kitchen, dining room, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, and an additional living room with a closet and sleeping sofa that can be used as a private 3rd bedroom.

The Space

• Great space for all ages to create a memorable experience.
• The main bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
• The second bedroom comes with a queen bed and direct access to a pool through a sliding door.
• Great-size living room equipped with a pull-up queen bed. Great space for gathering and can be used as a bedroom if needed, equipped with a private closet and door for privacy.
• In the backyard and the pool where all the memories are made, you will witness some of the best sunsets you have ever seen.
• There are many games to keep kids occupied, and there is plenty of seating for adults and kids to chill and relax.

Guest Access

Guests are permitted to use the entire space during their stay. Please use the driveway for parking. Pets are not permitted in our home at this time.

Other Things to Note

• Early/Late Check-In/Check-Out: From time to time, we might be able to offer early check-in or late check-out. Please message me in advance, if possible. $50 charge to cover extra labor for expedited cleaning
• Solar-Heated Pool: With Florida sunshine, the pool heater will raise the temperature to a swimmable range of 76° to 88° as long as the sun is shining and there is no overcast.
